The recipes are so well laid out for all nationals to be able to follow, create and experience another cultural taste.

In this book Rosamund Grant has written an excellent cookery book bringing out the best in African cooking. A book that can be used by both African or non Africans with ease. The illustrations are brilliant and the range of recipes fantastic. I love using this book and also referring to it from time to time. Highly recommended.

The book was good value for money. The only issue I had is that it smelt like it had been in someone's garage for 20years! Very musty smell that is overpowering everytime I open the book. Very disappointing.

Rosamunds recipes are straightforward, reliable and delicious. I love them

book was a gift for my niece who just returned from the Peace Corps....Africa...I couldn't really rate the book accurately but I can say my neice LOVED the book and planned to start using it immediately...several of her favorite recipes were in it!There were many African cookbooks displayed on Amazon...I'm glad I chose this one! it had a little history & descriptions of herbs/spices and the recipes sounded easy.

I was looking for a book that could give me a base to healthier Caribbean, African style foods. I love the peanut, tomato style snapper fish the best!
