I needed a twelve inch in diameter frying pan. The Home Hero description said “12 inch” so I thought I was going to get, you know, a twelve inch frying pan. The label said “12 inch” but it looked smaller. It is actually an “11 inch” frying pan. Why did Home Hero lie? Now I have to go to all the bother of returning it because Home Hero cannot tell the truth. No more Home Hero anything for me.

Very disappointed to discover this can only be used on LOW heat. Made pancakes and had to stand over the stove 30 minutes. It’s okay for warming things up, and it definitely doesn’t stick when used for that purpose. Their customer service team reached out to me with a gift card for my trouble after seeing my review.

The media could not be loaded.  I have only had the pan for a short time, so I can't attest to long term use. The packaging for the pan was overdone, so I knew it was extremely well taken care of during shipping. Initially, it has been great with being non-stick. I have used it with eggs and mushrooms, and a few other dishes with a small amount of olive oil coating the pan. The pan cleans up very easily with soap and water. I don't put these pans in the dishwasher. I do love that the pan can go in the oven at a very high temperature, which is great for when you need to brown/get a crust on your food. The pan seemed to be slightly smaller than advertised. But, for the price, and the quality I would recommend this pan to others.

Best non stick pan! I don't have to add oil or butter to pan and when food is cooked it just slides out. I have been looking for an 8 inch pan and when I saw this came with a glass lid I purchased it. Very happy with this pan. Clean up is so easy, just wipe out with warm dish cloth.

I have used this pan to make pancakes couple of times, and I love it. It is very easy to clean. I was specially impressed with the quality of the lid and also the way it was packaged when it was mailed from Amazon.The pan looks and feels high quality, and the lid is a heavy high quality lid with a nice sized handle on it. Recommend it!Edit:I also bought the 23pc set, because I love how they come with sturdy stainless steel handles. I had to replace my entire pan set after moving to a new place with gas stove. The gas stove kept burning the plastic handles that were on most of my pans.The pans, lids and the handles are all very good quality.

Shipping was fast and easy. Pan was white on the inside instead of black like the pictures. But I don't think that effects the quality. Was non stick and cleaned easily. I like that you can put it in the oven.

I'm using a gas stove, so I can't speak to the induction stove feature, but I love this skillet. I followed the seasoning directions and have cooked eggs in it several times.. I don't even need a spatula, I can flip the eggs with the pan. Nothing sticks, easy cleanup. Our steel skillets always stick. My wife has always resisted the "silverstone" kind of anti-stick coating but I talked her into giving this "stone" a try. Definitely treat it like a cast-iron skillet, oil it after cleaning. Very satisfied. I'm not sure what some of these reviews are talking about with heat, maybe that's on an induction stove.. It didn't give me trouble at any temp on a gas stove.

Not black like photos..... but this is an excellent skillet and lid. Difficult to find a great skillet with a lid. This is a dandy !!!
