Sizzix 3-D Texture Fades Embossing Folder Cracked Leather by Tim Holtz | 665766 |Chapter 2 2022, Multicolor, One Size

I bought one from Amazon Warehouse and then one 'new' from Amazon when it left sub-par impressions.... Both embossing folders seemed a little more warped than I might have expected and the two halves of the folder didn't sit so smoothly/snug one on top of the other. Impressions were not consistent across the whole of the embossing imprint and the highs and lows seem less pronounced than on my other Tim Holtz embossing folders. Perhaps the molding or storage was imperfect, but I would either skip this or buy from a different batch!

This was exactly the image I wanted and I couldn't be happier.. I love vintage and this makes that look very possible...

I have yet to find anything by Sizzix I don't like so yes, I highly recommend this folder to make any piece of card stock look like leather. Note - pay attention to the measurements. It's a small embossing folder.

Not happy, expected more from the embossing effect, like other sizzix 3d embossing folders make.

This is a very shallow embossing folder. It only makes a really defined impression on relatively thin card stock. For heavier card stock the impression just isn't very strong. The design itself is very nice and exactly what I hoped for, I just wish the impression was more pronounced.
