It’s difficult to review a product when you’re given no instructions. I think I figured it out, it died the job but I still don’t know if I’ve used it correctly. I was worried about causing damage to the chain but it appears to be ok - I think.

I got this chainsaw sharpener for my dad in law and it's not bad. The sharpening rod was ok for the teeth on his smaller electrical saw and it still did a job. The sharpening part seems to be holding up well after a few uses so I'm not too worried about it wearing out (been a bit sceptical after reading a few 1-star reviews).I had to manipulate the jig over the chain in order to get it to line up properly but that wasn't too difficult. I was able to just pull the chain through once it was set up, so I didn't have to reset it every time I wanted to sharpen a tooth. Overall, it's ok. Not the best chainsaw sharpener on the market but it gets the job done. I'm not sure how long it will last, but so far, so good. If any new findings or discoveries, good or bad, I'll bring them up here.

Normally these are supplied with 3 grinders, this only had 1.No instructions

Wasn't exactly the same set up shown on the video. The sharpening rod was too small for the teeth on my 20 inch saw so in the end I had to abandon it in favour of a £2.99 sharpening rod. Not great.

Took forever to get here. The sharpening part seems to be worn out after just one use.Had to try and manipulate jig over chain in order to get it to line up properly. Not able to just pull chain through once set up so u have to re set every tooth. It did sharpen the chain to a point but not sure it would do it again so very disappointed with it

Did not sharpen and 1st carbide tool worn out after failing to sharpen 5 teeth

What I liked was nothing no instructions it will be coming back once how I can send it back
