Great for on the go
This product is great for mobility.I take mine when I travel and it’s easy to use. I gave it 4 stars as I don’t think it gets as warm as say a heating pad but works really well. Still would recommend for soothing aches and pains.

Nice cold compress
This is a pretty nice cold compress. I really like that it has a fabric like coating on it and it stays flexible even when frozen. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't stay cold as long as others I have used. Overall I would recommend though because I think this type would be best in certain circumstances.

Works well! Could be thicker though!
I love this compress! It works very well and I use it often. My only issue is that it's thermal capacity is limited by it's thickness/size.

Soothing For Aches and Sore Muscles
This is perfect for our active family of runners and outdoor lovers. Between running, hiking, dirt biking, mountain biking, and skate boarding, our family gets a lot of tired and sore muscles at times. These are portable, compact, and work really well to help ease the aches and pains. Great to take along in the camper on our many camping trips, as well.

Perfect size
We use this for cold, maintained in the freezer at all times lol. It provides great coverage for those larger or odd spots, ie back, knee and shoulder. We have a smaller one but this one is better. Stays cold for about 10-15 mins. Enough time for icing.

Very useful and versatile
I like hot/cold packs for random aches/pains and these are great because they can be used in so many areas. The Velcro holds tight and You can use them on your neck, back, any joint - all are reachable. Good value for what they can do, seem like good quality.

Definitely recommend
This is a very nice and durable hot / cold pack. The outside material is not rough. It did freeze well and I was able to use it warm. I used a standard #2 pencil for size comparison.
