This is a great read for anyone especially if you're in a management position.a great way to learn how to put a few specific things in place that will massively increase your productivity.

Easy to read book that provides a good introduction to the LSS concept and tools. Would recommend this to anyone about to embark on their lean journey

I am enjoying the book and learning a lot. However, I have the Kindle version and many of the charts and tables are un-readable in this format, and there are a lot of them. If you are thinking about purchasing this book I would recommend the hard-cover version so you can read the charts and tables.

For those who haven't done a course in products, processes and design this book is a must. Where one sees the expression "continuous improvement" this explains in pithy, interesting shorthand where it originates from (Toyota) and how it has developed and been applied to almost anything and everything in business. A really good book. Thoroughly recommended for anyone who has anything do with quality - read it.
