Q: Is this lead and cadmium free. also ptfe and pfoa free?

The “chef” pans in the illustrations are uncoated, so no problems with coatings. I would imagine the stainless steel is absolutely high quality food grade and perfectly safe, just says “stainless steel” on the base. The whole pan has a brushed finish, easy to clean and maintains its looks, handle is very comfortable and welded, giving a rivet free interior, better for scooping out and hygiene. The model I purchased was 22cm (3.1litre/3.2quart) chef pan, which is a 3 ply sandwich of stainless steel outer, aluminium core to distribute heat evenly, and stainless steel inner, which extends over the lip. It is beautifully constructed. The 24cm chef pan appears the same construction. The chef pans in the illustrations are uncoated, so no problems with coatings. We bought the pan for baking, to see the butter browning and for the ease of using a whisk and spatulas. I will quite happily purchase the 24cm one at a later date.

Q: What is the height of the 24cm chef's pan?

The frying pan is 45mm deep. I love these pans, the ceramic coating is totally non stick. A really good quality product, I also have the larger one.
