Seaweed has a host of health benefits but sometimes can be a little fishy tasting. This seaweed is not fishy at all and tastes great. My only complaint is how little you get for the price. I feel like you should get maybe triple the amount or more for the price. Anyway, I house the whole package in one go when I feel like a healthy snack.

This is a warning for those who have a spice level of about a mild pepperoni pizza or a mild spaghetti sauce, this might not be for you. There is genuinely a good amount of Paprika in the spice portion of the ingredients list as it's the top ingredient in the spices. This is hotter than your average Doritos chip or Cheetos snack. The amount on each seaweed piece varies because it's just dusted on. Definitely not for me. I wish they would come out with a mild version as it was pretty good. I'm just not good with heat from spices. If it was a mild version I'd easily eat half of the package.I will say the texture of the dried seaweed is nice. Very thin compared to chips. At 30 calories per serving this could be a nice way to reduce your dependence on junky potato chips and help lose weight. Seaweed is also considered a vegetable so it's a nice way to get in some fiber in your diet along with Iodine and Vitamin B12, the latter of which just half of this package maxes out your daily needs. Also is nice that it's a completely organic snack. Price is okay if you get two servings out of it but I could see someone eating the whole packet in one go if not careful. So I only removed one star for the cost but that's only because I feel it is a 4.5 out of 5 stars. I would say 5 out of 5 stars if they sell a 6 or 12 pack that gets per packet price under $2 something like $1.75 per packet.TLDR: I like it. I wish they will make a mild option. Not meant for low spice tolerance people but I still rate it highly because they never advertised it as mild and Paprika is high in the ingredients list. IT'S ORGANIC!!! Good way to get some fiber. If price could be more like $2 per packet or lower in a 6 or 12 pack this would be an amazing potato chip alternative for those looking to lose weight. I like it but I am definitely goving this away to someone who will enjoy it more. I'll just stick with the sea salt option when I try it out.

Can't get enough.I've tried other flavors and .. . they are amazing too,but since I like a touch of heat paired with some tanginess, the Chili Lime flavored are amazing.Can't get enough.

Yummy and portable snacks. I mistakenly thought that I had ordered a larger package. These taste great on their own or they can be dropped into soup for extra texture and flavor. If you like seaweed then you'll appreciate the flavor.

Disgusting. Awful flavor way too sweet just buy the chili lime ones instead if you like spicy.
