Good conversion from fluorescent to LED.
Good conversion from fluorescent to LED. Can't comment on longevity yet, I just installed them. Proper amount of light provided for the 2 walk in closets I used these 24" tubes in. To install, I clipped the blue wires from fixture sockets on left side and tied them to the neutral, white house wire. Clipped the orange wires from right side of fixture and tied them to the black, line house wire. Set the slide selector switch on the tubes and installed the tubes with the switch to the left, neutral side of the fixture. Not sure it really matters. They work great. Highly recommend.

Selectable Light Color
Clever and handy selectable light color bulb. I use natural white (4000k) as not too bright and no yellow. Installed with existing ballast. When ballast burns out, then will wire direct. Very versatile for any wiring. Pop in, and they work. Only dislike is being expensive.

Is not plug and play, works great otherwise
These bulbs didn't work as plug-and-play options for me. I had to remove the ballast and rewire everything into one-side mode with hot on top and neutral on bottom. Now they all work great. Just be aware of what you're getting into and they're outstanding.

Good product
Brightness very good, having ability to select from 3 different shades great, it is best to cut ballast out to get these to run, my fixture was 30 years old , and it was easy for a mechanical hand to re wire, using online videos for your type of light helps reassure you as you go through process. I gave 3 stars just for ease of install. It did take me approximately 35 minutes becuse i did not remove fixture from ceiling above sink. Overall , i hope these last a long while. Good value for price and 4 bulbs.

not work with ballast
Tried to replace burnt-out fluorescent tubes. The bulbs worked for several minutes in the beginning, then started flashing and after another minute completely went out.

Replace those fluorescent bulbs!
I am a REALTOR® and I use 3500K LED bulbs in homes always, not too yellow, not too blue, just a Neutral Light. Luxrite have worked great! Consistent, correct lighting makes all the difference, ML...

Versatile
These bulbs can be wired in different ways. It really helps make it easy based on the fixture you are rewiring. Hot on one end neutral on the other or hot and neutral on the same end. If you do opposite ends tie the hot to both wires on one end and same with the neutral. I believe you can also just put them in without rewiring anything, but when the ballast goes you'll have to rewire the fixture. You can also change the color with a little switch on one end of the bulb.
