It was exactly what I ordered and was delivered very quickly. This new one is very quiet and I had no problem giving it to work. I just hope it lasts longer than the first one I had. It just started going out for no reason. After about a year. I do clean it and replace the filter every 2 to 4 weeks, so don't think that was the problem. We'll just have to see how the longevity is further down the road

I use these pumps in my cats drinking fountain. They’re such a good price. I buy two a year and replace them every six months no matter what. This is due to buildup inside the pump. This is a personal choice and does not reflect on how well the pump worked. They continue to work fine. I just do not like using them longer than six months since they are immersed and water. Great product. I will buy again

There are a multitude of shapes of Asian-made cat/dog water fountains available on the market. But the good thing to know is that many of those take the same pump motor and filters. So in the event of a motor failure, being able to purchase another pump is of paramount importance.After 9 months of continuous usage, one of my water fountain pumps failed. At first, not realizing that the pump motors can be found anywhere, I was all ready just to purchase an entire new water fountain. However, I looked at the motor designation number and I typed it in on the Amazon search bar and wallaaaaaa - many motor options appeared. All were mostly the same motor design and choosing one just meant you picked one that fit your price range.So I ordered this particular pump and all works perfectly. They even provide an extra impeller blade in the event that the one in the motor goes bad (which my original one did). At the its very low price, I ordered two of these motors, so I'll be set for quite awhile.So yes, this comes highly recommended.

Perfectly replaced the motor for my cat’s favorite fountain. It works with all the cleaning/filter items that I already had too. Plus it’s pretty quiet: you can only hear it if you’re a foot or two away. Overall solid replacement purchase

I like the UV light. I clean the little magnet every time I change the water. I put one away for a while due to personal circumstances. I cleaned it good but when I went to use it again it wouldn’t work. But I have had one in constant use now for months and it’s still working.I chose this one because I don’t use the filters. I clean it about every 3 days. So I feel the UV will help it stay clean. I also use a water additive for their teeth. It is September I have been using two of these since May and they are both still working with no issues. But I will say again I clean the magnet and filter everytime I change the water. Also I save money and don’t use filters.
