Tasty bars!
I recently had the opportunity to try out a 12 pack of protein bars, and I have to say, I was impressed! As someone who is always on the go, I appreciate having a healthy snack option that I can grab and take with me wherever I need to go, and these protein bars fit the bill perfectly.First of all, let's talk about the taste. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious these protein bars were. I've tried a lot of different protein bars over the years, and many of them tend to be overly sweet or have a strange aftertaste. But these bars had a really nice balance of flavors - they were sweet enough to satisfy my cravings, but not so sweet that they felt like a guilty indulgence. I particularly enjoyed the sea salt and peanut butter flavors, but all of them were really tasty. But of course, taste isn't the only thing that matters when it comes to protein bars. The whole point of these bars is to provide a convenient, portable source of protein that can help keep you feeling full and energized throughout the day. And on that front, these bars definitely delivered. Each bar contains around 20 grams of protein, which is a substantial amount - especially for something that's so easy to eat on the go. I found that when I had one of these bars as a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack, it really helped me power through the rest of my day without feeling sluggish or hungry.Another thing I appreciated about these bars is that they're made with high-quality ingredients. There are no artificial sweeteners or flavors, and the bars are gluten-free and non-GMO. As someone who tries to eat as healthily as possible, I really appreciate when companies go the extra mile to make sure their products are made with wholesome, nutritious ingredients.Overall, I would definitely recommend this 12 pack of protein bars to anyone who is looking for a healthy, convenient snack option. They're tasty, filling, and made with high-quality ingredients - what more could you ask for in a protein bar?

Great Vegan Protein Bar with Solid Macros, But Missing Some Flavors
I ordered the No Cow Protein Bar variety pack and, while I enjoyed the flavors I received, I didn’t get all the ones that were pictured, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the bars themselves are pretty good for a vegan protein option, especially considering the impressive macros. The texture is a little chalky, which is common with vegan protein bars, but it’s not too off-putting. They’re filling and make for a convenient snack or meal replacement when you need something quick and healthy. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for a high-protein, low-sugar, plant-based option.

GROSS!
When one reads such encouraging reviews about an item, it gives one a lot of hope that the product will be good. It’s a good feeling. Of course, the polar opposite of that feeling is the one of deflation that one experiences when they observe the reality that so many people are so deluded by other interests and influences that they completely ignore the cold hard fact that the thing they have praised is a lump of garbage. That’s what I experienced with this product. Of course I wasn’t expecting a candy bar or some delicious snack that I would crave fortnightly. I did, however, expect something that was at least palatable, but these things are nearly inedible. The only thing “Chocolate Mint Cookie,” “Sprinkled Chocolate Donut,” or “Chocolate Salted Caramel” about these things are the pictures depicted on their wrappers. In reality, these things are barely distinguishable from one other in appearance and in flavor, and they all have one striking thing in common: They’re disgusting. The “dipped” aspect is what anyone would expect. A semi-sweet, dark chocolate coating that is not unlike any other protein bar that has chocolate as an ingredient. The insides (I won’t use the word “filling,” because that’s not what this is) seem to be a flavorless substance with a chalk/corn starch consistency that has been packed together without even a drop of moisture. It is virtually impossible to chew and swallow without first filling one’s mouth with a liquid to moisten the bite of Sahara that has just been placed into the oral entryway. The bar could easily be crumbled back into a powdery substance, leading one to believe that the product is simply plant-based protein powder packed tightly into a tiny brick before being quickly coated in the thinnest layer of no-dairy dark chocolate. Perhaps the most uneatable aspect of the whole product is the $3/bar price tag, which renders this barely tolerable item essentially indigestible.I would feel horrible feeding these to inmates living in our prison system, and I am a very strong advocate for capital punishment, which should illustrate my final feelings on the product.

No Cow products are healthy and tasty!
I’ve been buying No Cow protein bars for several years. I buy them because they are gluten and dairy free and 20 grams of protein. Great to take along when you have a busy day. Good snack. Quick lunch. I have my favorite flavors. There are lots to choose from.

Dipped version takes it to the next level
I loved the original No Cow bars but after trying these dipped bars I am never going back. The texture is cakier than you’d expect from a typical protein bar and the icing shell is delicious. They do melt quite easily in warm weather so I prefer to keep them in the fridge. They are extremely sweet, a feature that I for one thoroughly appreciate but may not be as palatable for someone with less of a sweet tooth.
