This is a good blend for my husband but not for me (I have a black pepper allergy). He likes that it has olive leaf extract in it along with the quercetin. We take both of those on a regular basis. No fillers in this, just good ingredients. Two capsules daily, he takes with food to avoid stomach upset.

I tried this as I have vertigo due to sinusitis and this worked, but not the entire day. I noticed by the afternoon I was having symptoms. But I’d still use it for seasonal allergies! I only took it once so I’m sure it has to build up in your body too. But yes I noticed difference right away.
