Lacking in strength
Heats upto 220 deg or so the screen indicates but lacks power and my hair is fine

Just recieved this item, I have very fine hair & have tried different hot combs but this one is a winner, grips my hair lovely

I have thick hair and was not easy to use, the plates did not get hot which I'm not sure if this was a fault, I returned the brush and the seller refunded straight away, excellent service
