Sena10S Motorcycle Bluetooth Headset Communication System

This is a great headset, used in my HJC RPHA pro helmet (the HJC doesn’t work with this model helmet) compared to the HJC 10b the seña is far superior even though seña makes both headsets. The speakers are good but I will upgrade them. I like listening to music while I ride.

Sounds great and easy to set up. However, it can and will fall off! My wife has lost hers twice because she tapped the release accidentally. Worse design I have ever seen. Beware of this if you are considering purchasing. I made a clip that works well. See pictures. I am also going to make a velcro lanyard. Please Sena, help with this. I have always liked your product, but this is unacceptable for such a high end product.

I have no experience with any type of radio so I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this is to use and sync with my BF's. It sounds good, is easy to switch on and off with gloves on, though the volume is a bit tricky at first, with gloves. The sound is usually very good, though it does depend where his speaker is situated inside his own helpet.I lost my first radio by accident on a ride by touching the release clip with my glove while I was fiddling with the volume. It released and fell off somewhere on the road. After some thinking and researching, I found that mounting a small lens cover leash/harness (made for cameras - cost a few dollars at most!) to the radio and the helmet, will prevent the same from happening again. The loop that normally would fit around the camera lens actually loops nicely around the radio-mount on my helmet, and the adhesive knob glues onto the underside of the radio very well (so far!). When I need to charge the radio, I simply slip the loop off of the mount. the leash/harness stays on the radio at all times. Now I don't worry about losing another one on a ride because I'm clumsy!

Speaker quality sucks! Wanted them to so badly. Bought 4, returning them all!

Sena is top quality! No problem with the install however you do have to download an app to get user guide and then another app to connect another unit but it’s simple ! Scan the QR code and you are fine ! I recommend this for riders

The product looks and sounds good, though when I call the quality is almost unbearable. But if you connect to other SENA devices it sounds good, but a key thing is that this product and the mount don’t hold on at all, I lost one so I just super glued this to the mount b/c of how expensive they are…

I purchased two new Bell mag 9 helmets for these. To keep the unit compact as possible. Clip is cheap hope i dont lose one on a ride. With the bell helmets i needed to also purchase a speaker kit which was $68 x2 besides. Was hoping these would be better than wired to my goldwing . Was WRONG !! First the mic's are poor with nothing but wind noise worse than what i had. The speakers barely get loud enough. All of that is bad enough here is the killer. Sena took out the FM radio on these units !! Claim it was due to lack of computer chips. I have close to $1000 bucks in two helmets now i hate using. The final straw is even if i put up with no radio, stream it off my phone. The intercom has a delay to talk person to person of about 20 seconds, so its like the old days of a cb radio, talk wait to hear a reply. Takes forever to carry on a conversation. Biggest waste of money i spent in 2022. Never again SENA. Too bad they float, make for expensive boat anchors !!

Easy to set up. All functions work as expected. I wish there was a way to hook it up to my Garmin GPS, but it said it didn't support that model.

No tiene ningún sistema de seguridad para evitar desprenderlo en movimiento. Debiera tener algún sistema de doble acción para evitar tirarlo por error, pero no lo tiene. Tendré que pegarlo con pegamento a la base para no perderlo, lo cual lo hace poco funcional, poco estético e inseguro. Además, la calidad de audio deja que desear.Me arrepiento de haberlo comprado, por este nivel de precio existen infinidad de mejores opciones

Great bit of kit, needs a little bit of confidence to fit - ie pulling out and refitting inner helmet padding etc, fortunately I have prior knowledge of this!Only negative is that when linked to another helmet it can have slight interference/ delay with tom tom sat nav voice directions !This has been noted by other friends when on ride outs in groups & several helmets are linked !

Really nice piece of kit and the dual pack is ideal for what I need. I have one that is BT to one bike to use as a hub for android auto etc the other directly to my phone for use as sat nav or music on my other bike. They obviously can be connected to my pillion or friends headsets as Comms. The sound quality is very good and has a nice rounded base sounds not to deep but just enough to sound good. I found I had to enlarge the dedicated area inside my helmets to allow the speakers to fit flush without pressing on my ears. This is an issue with the helmets rather than the speakers, why most manufacturers fine make a large enough recess for speakers with removable fillers I don't know. I am very happy with my purchase
