It will depend what you are using them for, but they worked well for the job iI used them fore.

Slightly disappointed with the holding power of these. In realistic conditions, you wouldn't want more than 20kg secured with one magnet, and that would be a perpendicular pull; less if the force is applied sideways.My main gripe is with the fixing hole. You won't be able to use an M5 countersunk machine screw to hold the magnet, as the taper for the countersink is inadequate to allow a screw head to lie flush. So I needed to use M4 screws for fixing to metal, despite the 5.1mm clearance of the hole in the magnet. If you are fixing to wood using the provided screws, you'll have no issues.

Ordered these magnets to fix a work light on to a I-beam, ended up only using 2, they are super strong, would definitely recommend.

The item arrived in good time. I used them to hold a piece of very thin MDF on a hatch window to block out light at night on my boat.They were strong enough to clamp to 3ml round steel discs stuck on the glass

nice and big but not that strong.Have 3 holding a railed cover over our pergola but even these dont keep a slight breeze from pushing it back
