The main support is fantastic, but let down by the flimsy cover plate, no thicker than a coke can, so just bends.

I bought this prouduct for 10mm glass as it says its for glass from 8mm - 15mm . There is a huge gap between the balustrade and the glass which not only looks terrible i would question how well its holding the glass.. as well as that, the cover plate that comes with it are like paper and dont click onto the clamp, they just sit on the ground and can be moved about. They are made from a very thin alluminium and its like paper thin.. of the 4 i bought two were damaged, one could be fixed but the other could not, so i contacted the seller and they told me it could take 2-3 months for them to send one out to me, i explained i couldnt leave a job unfinished for that length of time they told me they would send it out within a few days.. so now that was about 2months ago and still no sign of the replacement.. these products are rubbish and i would not reccommend them, the customer service is no better. My job is still incomplete
