I noticed my wrists stopped making noise after I started taking KAPPA NUTRITION Collagen. I also tried other brands (Allergy Research Group - Salmon Collagen Complex, 60 caps, $32, Jarrow Formulas Type II Collagen Complex 500 mg - 60 Caps, $13) but so far this KAPPA NUTRITION Collagen is the best deal and gave good results.I was diagnosed for arthritis with tendinitis back in last fall (Sep 2022) after hours of training as a pairs figure skater, and I was so shocked to hear that. But X-ray showed that the cartridge on my right hand is almost gone, and a part of bone is sticking out. I was desperately searching some treatment for my wrists, and I found out collagen type 2 may help for the condition. I've been taking collagen powder (type 1), also Glucosamine Chondroitin, they have been working great to make my joints stronger and injuries free, and making youthful skin. In this Spring (Mar 2023), I noticed that my wrists didn't make noise any longer. I haven't had x-ray again on the same area, but I strongly believe taking KAPPA NUTRITION Collagen, and collagen powder, and Glucosamine Chondroitin helped a lot to recover.

Biotin, Vitamin C, Hyaluronic acid, probiotic, collagen and more. My only reason for 4 stars is that the dosage is 4 pills which seems like a lot. I generally only take 2 at one time 2x a day. For the cost I would recommend.

I had to try, and it was worth it.There is no flavor in the capsules or aftertaste. Collagen supplement I have used in so many forms for many years, but now with probiotics, biotin, and hyaluronic acid OMG, this sound that these people from Kappa were listening to all of us that we're spending much money in all this separately. It has helped with knee pain and general body aid to replenish the collagen one loses during all these years as one gets older. I really feel many improvements in my body, skin, and hair! It is hard to say, but it took me four weeks, and I will not go back to the old blue brand that did nothing for me! Even smelled funny, are tired of powder and stirring and shaking, this is easy, and the price is more than right!

When I stumbled upon this product it was hard to pass up (I looked into Kappa and was happy to support a small business from my home state) I know first hand how pricey good collagen supplements tend to run! I was intrigued and hoping find my holy grail collagen that I could eventually put it on auto-ship!However this product didn't work out for me. I have taken everything that's listed in here before so I didn't know what was wrong, there was so many compelling reviews too! I happened to be that one customer who is disappointed by this product. But inspite of my experience I don't want to leave a bad review. I'm sure this product is wonderful but just not wonderful for me.I suspect the probiotics are what caused me to feel sick. I don't really take them regularly and if I have ever consumed them it was probably just in yogurt. Since that's the only thing my body probably didn't like.After taking these I was in so much stomach pain I felt nauseated as well. I only took 2 out of the recommended 4 capsules but it still made me feel horrible. Nevertheless I kept taking them because I read online that it's just a matter of your body getting used to these. But everytime I took them I would be doubled over in pain the very next day...Kappa if I could make a suggestion, please make these without probiotics for people like me who cannot take them. Everything else in here is great, these are wonderful ingredients to have in a collagen complex. I'm sad I cannot tolerate them well but as I said I'm probably one in a couple hundred who has this reaction. Maybe I'll try some of your other supplements as I will sadly have to gift these to a friend or family member.

This supplement works! I’m taking Probiotics but still I’m always bloated. But since I started this supplement, ( it has 6B CFU of probiotics) the bloating had stopped! My joints are more flexible too! Plus it has its Vitamin C, Biotin & other supplements to help my aging skin. 😁Truly an all around supplement especially for an older person, like me!
