I love this thing, I use it with a 3ft DC barrel jack cable to power my Starlink mini and it runs for 8-9 hours, just enough time for me to get through the work day. Then it charges in about 3 hours with the provided 100w USBc cable and inverter, so it easily meets my needs for living and working on the road. The only thing I wish would be different about it, is that it automatically shuts off after 4 hours, and I have to reboot it and my starlink mini, which is a minor inconvenience and I’m assuming it’s a safety measure programed into the jump pack, but continuous power would be a nice update. I bought this because my old jumper pack died, and I wanted something that could charge or power my devices too. I haven’t gotten the chance to jump start a vehicle with it yet, but I like knowing that I have it in case I get a dead battery too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good hybrid between a jump pack and a power bank. It has double the watt hours of any other jump pack/power bank combo I could find on Amazon in this price range. The customer service was also great and quick to respond! I only needed to contact them because one of the cables stopped making a good connection, but it was only the cable, as I tried swapping it with a known good cable and it worked. The bank and the inverter have been consistently working well. So they are sending me a new cable :)

For some reason, I am a person who attracts car problems like poop attracts flies. I bought a brand-new vehicle thinking I'd have no more car problems - and then someone broke into it. So I bought a dash cam, which caught someone backing into my car very unnecessarily and saved me way more than the cam cost. But the dash cam drains my car battery if I don't drive it daily, which is super frustrating - how can I protect my parked car from bad drivers and thieves AND know my car will start if I don't drive every day?That's where this lil guy came in. I LOVE this thing. First off, green is my favorite color, and this is a really lovely shade of green, so it already gets bonus points for that. It comes in a handy travel case that fits below the seats in my car (though I'm not sure it would fit under seats in every car, it's still quite small and portable!). It's also very lightweight and perches perfectly under the hood near the battery. I've now used it a handful of times, and it has worked flawlessly EVERY TIME! I plugged it in to the car to charge once while on a longer drive, and it was fully charged in less than 2 hours.The reason for my review at this time, though, is because this thing just rescued my car battery from being so dead it couldn't recognize the key fob was there! I had to use the manual key hidden in my fob to unlock the car and pop the hood, and initially trying to start the car still wouldn't work, simply because the battery was TOO dead. I used the "Boost" feature and the car's alarm sounded (which almost gave me a heart attack lol), and then I was able to start the car just fine. And that's why this little jump starter is my favorite purchase of 2023 - the peace of mind it provides is PRICELESS.

Was finally able to get in contact with the seller. They asked for information and a short video to confirm the problem. Sent out a new one right away. Appreciate their response and resolution. Definitely contact through Amazon rather than email to their support email address.Worked great in the beginning, after 1 year, would not charge or even come on any longer. Contacted the company to inquire about warranty coverage, which was supposed to be 2 years. Crickets. Don't recommend.....
