I bought for my grandson who turned seven. He’s very active and plays sports. He loves checking his steps which is mostly what it does. But it tracks sleep and acts as a regular clock with alarm. He loves it. I did buy another band to change off and he wears that one. He has skinny wrists so it fit him better!
