Arrived in three days, suitably packaged, of good quality, quite stretchy, and fun to play with. Note that they are indeed; 50, 55, and 60mm, but these are the external diameters. The thickness of the ring is some 8.5mm, so deduct 17mm from each ring, for the internal diameter. Otherwise, fit for purpose.Personally, I would like to see a set of 5, with a larger and a smaller ring included, as these three rings are all withing 10mm of each other and therefore, somewhat limited in their versatility.

Didn't fit me as too small and didn't have sufficient stretch to accommodate my size
