space was premium for my small RV, so this fit my needs. I'd typically suggest the next larger size for better accommodating a min set of tools. For me it fits the misc screws, battery things, screwdriver (11 in 1), pliers (channel locks), drill bits and tips, multi-meter, tape measure. Not much room after that. I keep a small elec drill outside. Box is durable, with good hinges and clamp.

I just want to say that it is a great tool box and just the right size that I needed to keep a small number of tools at the ready. It is light weight and easy to open and close. And it was sent to me in a timely manner.

I like this toolbox because is small and can fit anywhere where space is an issue , also even though is small you can put a lot of tools inside, I like the top compartments so you can put little things in there And most importantly the latch is Metal so it closes the lid really well and secure.I am super happy with this toolbox

To be honest I didn't look at the dimensions when I ordered this tool box. It is as described. 13". In my mind I imagined a regular sized tool box. This product is good to keep little things, like a sewing kit or screws and screw driver collection. Not much room in the bottom once the tray is inserted. Not what I had in mind, but it is what it claims to be.
