Bought this product for back and knee pain after reading the many superlatives on Amazon.After using this product, I'm beginning to wonder if all those positive reviews weren't actually for another product!First, there's the 'sticking' factor. Applied to my lower back this patch remained in place with no problem. As for relief from back pain, I may as well have applied a band aid.The patch did nothing to alleviate my back pain. Applied on and behind my knee, the patches fell off within 1/2 to 1 hour as I walked around. Maybe you're supposed to remain stationary when applying it on or around your knees.In any case, there was no noticeable improvement to my knee pain.The only thing I did notice when using these patches was the strong odor of menthol.And that odor was transferred to anythingthat came into contact with these patches. So care must be taken to keep them isolated.This is not a product I will order again, as it did not relieve my back or knee pain.

I have used these before and loved them but over time moved on to try other things. I have returned to the fold! They bend and fold over well, bends and folds, so they will go anywhere. The adhesive is very tacky so it doesn't come loose but is easy to remove. It has a great smell, unlike some of the other ointments, rubs, sprays and gels out there. And they work. Fast. You can't go wrong with Salonpas.

I laughed when I saw how small theY was!! but it worked ok i guess lyin/ just get some vicks vapor rub an a heating pad with auto shut off you can use again and again dis is not business for real pain. Nice gesture though you can offer a friend outta your cute aZZ tiny clutch purse when they went a lil to hamm on the dance floor THANX

While these don’t completely relieve my back pain and I don’t think much could at this point. These do help to elevate some of the pain I do have. I love that I can stick them on while they do their magic. I am in school and working, constantly on the go. At times I don’t have the ability to slap cream on, so these are perfect for being discrete when I need pain relief.

I liked that it worked deeper than the other similar products that I have tried. The one I used were small and worked well on my shoulder instead of trying to use 1 big 1, I just used several.

I have received the package couple days ago and I have used it to treat my back pain which fortunately it works but it is way way smaller than I expected from the pictures they have in their page. I wish they could have a measurement listed in their page.

Perfect size for my neck and top of my shoulder. It wasn’t too bulky. I placed it on the top of my shoulder directly in the rotor cuff. Great pain relief.

I have a pinched nerve in my back that acts up from time to time and these really do work. I’ve tried Motrin and nothing works like the salonpas. You just secure it on it puts off an ok smell and it warms up and works.
