Strainer
It collapses and stores easily. Perfect size for small or large amounts of pasta

Not quite 5 stars
I would have given it 5 Stars, if the knob on the lid wasn't so tall. The knob on the lid is too high to flip the lid over on the pot for storing, it will not allow the lid to seat on the rim, so you cannot stack anything on top of it.Considering this is a space saving design, the knob makes the concept fail.I have used the pot once so far for pasta, the base almost completely covers my large electric coil burner.I heated the water to boiling on the highest setting, then took it to medium- high for the remainder of the meal cook time, approximately 15 minutes. The pot stayed sturdy during the cooking process. When I lifted it with both handles to drain the pasta, once again, it stayed sturdy. So far so good, only time will tell how it holds up. The silicone portion is thick not flimsy as some may think. The accordian creases in the silicone, which are also thicker, are not thin/flimsy as let's say a collapsible funnel. In my opinion to make it a 5 star rating, change the knob to a lower profile, and add a silicone ring on the lip of the lid.

Good Product.
The reason that I bought this one versus cheaper collapsible strainers is because this strainer has wholes up the sides. I bought one before that only had wholes in the very bottom, which did not work well at all. This is also good size. It will hold a pound of pasta comfortably. I like the SS reinforced bottom and top band. It makes for a sturdier support to sit this strainer over my biggest mixing bowl or stock pot. IT is a little weird when trying to open it. If I push down with one hand while holding the strainer with my other hand, only half of the strainer pushes open. When I try to push the other side, sometimes the 1st side closes back up. This can go on, back & forth for a few tries, more times then not. Hence 4 stars instead of 5. This is dishwasher safe. I store this in my lid rack that is attached to the inside of my cabinet door. BTW I love the lid rack. Here is a link if you want one. It really tidies things up. https://smile.amazon.com/Organize-All-Cabinet-Chrome-Finish/dp/B0037040KQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1514476241&sr=8-3&keywords=cabinet+door+lid+rack

Not for Backpacking
Getting ready for a 300 mile Challenge on my Hobie Tandem Island Kayak. I first purchased the Sea to Summit X Collapsible Pot. I was testing it out and it worked great, except for one minor detail, I didn't fully unfold the pot before putting the flame to it. It melted the silicone right at the crease ¾ around. I was sick, I paid $55.00 for this pot. I was so happy on how it preformed that I went back to Amazon to see if there was a cheaper pot. I found the Sailing for $29.00, so I purchased it with out researching it close enough other than it was 3 Liters. Once I got it I was very disappointed. It was a lot bigger than the Sea to Summit and much heaver. The Sea to Summit weights 10 oz. The Saiing weights 2.5 lbs. The diameter for the Sailing is 13.58” compared to the Sea to Summit 8.4”. I sent it back.So this is not a backpacking pot like they claim, whereas the Sea to Summit is. The Sailing would be more for a camper. I would give it 5 stars for a camper, I think I would even like it better than the Sea to Summit for a camper, it’s more substantial. So if you want a pot for backpacking or Kayaking/camping, go with the Sea to Summit. But if you are looking to save space and weight in your camper, then go for the Sailing.

Good for those with limited space
I purchased this pot to use in an RV with limited space. I have very few spots where a taller pot would fit so this collapsible pot fits well. It is also lighter in weight than a regular pot of the same size. I have only used it a couple of times but so far it has functioned as expected. The silicone portion is thick and sturdy. The stainless steel bottom is heavy and not flimsy. The handles feel sturdy when the pot is full and does not feel like it might collapse when lifting it off the stove. The rim is sharp and would have been better if the manufacturer had rolled the edges. It feels like it could easily cut your hand if you were not careful. Overall, so far I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it for others with limited space making them aware of the sharp edge.

Love this!
This is absolutely perfect. The stainless steel in this product is placed perfectly to help keep its shape and make it much more sturdy than ones that are all plastic! I am glad I spent the couple extra dollars to purchase this product. Meets all my needs and folds up perfectly and is light weight.

***** 5 Stars!
This pan is really versatile. I love the fact that it folds up, and that I can cook in it. I used it as a serving dish over the weekend, so I also love that it can be used for other than just cooking. It seems most of the collapsible bowls aren’t as big as this is, it fit a whole box of cooked pasta, which I made into macaroni salad. I’m soon to be full time RVer and need items that can be used for more than 1 thing. The lid is super too, and I can use it on other pots. This is a good buy all around.

Like that it is collapsible
Works well. We like that it's collapsible. The small plastic coverings on the handle have a tendency to all off, and the holes underneath are a little sharp, which is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5.
