Bought 2 of these. They are fun for kids to play with, but one of them stopped working in 2 days for no apparent reason.Update: seller is very responsive and promptly contacted me to offer a refund.

UPDATEshortly after my initial review, I was contacted by the company. They were super nice and eager to help fix any issue I had with this item. They quickly offered to help resolve the issue and send me a new one. It had initially been a gift and they were still able to send it to my address instead of to the friend who had gifted it to me! I am extremely satisfied with the replacement they sent. And their customer service was overall excellent!!!Initial Review:Received this not too long ago and stopped working after second use. Initially thought the battery was just dead but it continued to not work after being charged. Made sure barrel was clear of any obstruction and still nothing worked

They were exceptionally nice and went out of their way to provide me with a replacement and extra gel beads at no cost, shipping also at no cost. The new device works perfectly, and my son has been using it with his friends. I appreciate them reaching out and doing the right thing even when they didn't have to. Unfortunately they do not sell replacement parts so that os why I gave such a bad review. The gun works great but the gage that holds the water beads cracked because it is very cheap plastic now it is of no use! If they sold additional chambers then it would be a great purchase. You would assume the price would allow for you to be able to purchase parts!

This gun has an impressive range when shooting pellets. I purchased it for a game of assassins, but unfortunately, it didn't meet the criteria since it fires gel beads instead of water bullets. However, the accuracy and distance it offers were quite impressive.

This one and I wasn’t too happy with because when I receive them they came on time. It was a good price, but once my children started playing with them, it stop shooting at full pressure and the Orby‘s started falling out of the gun through the barrel.

People said it hursts when I shoot them so that’s amazing. Plenty of beads too you’ll never need to buy more.
