CHECK THE MODEL NUMBER
Be sure you check the model number of each cartridge when the package is delivered. As you can see, mine contained two different models - 760 and 760B. The "B" version was unrecognizable to my printer. I didn't check this until I needed the second cartridge.Print quality is great - have never had this problem with this company before. Hopefully just a fluke.
