The product comes in multiple boxes and you can only verify you are getting all the boxes by getting 3 tracking numbers.Trampoline is great though. I have never put one together as that’s the kids dads job lol. But this thing comes in tons of pieces and I give the instructions a 8 out of 10 on the ease of understanding.The poles all come with a very very thin layer of grease on them which makes them go together slightly easier but seems to dry if left outside overnight so if you have to reposition the poles to line up the holes (I’m a poet and didn’t know it) it is more difficult to do that.Also the instructions for setting up the safety net is for a different setup so you have to wing it. Luckily it’s pretty self explanatory.The basketball hoop is def not designed for a 5’10 15yo to be dunking it but I think that’s perfectly acceptable.All in all a great product. My kids love it, it came quickly, and is pretty darn sturdy. I would give it 5 stars if the instructions were a bit more clear.

UPDATED: Somehow after leaving an earlier poor review, Tatub reached out to me and shipped a new rim to us. I’m very thankful for their willingness to help out and make things right, I just wish it would have been easier to contact them at the beginning.The trampoline part is just ok. The net is very annoying to install and the directions aren’t particularly clear for it, so we ended up with not quite enough fabric to completely zip it closed. Not a huge deal. Probably our error.We’ve already had to fix some of the straps on the net that attach that have ripped, multiple times in fact.The kicker is that the basketball hoop that was rusted coming out of the box broke within a matter of days. The parts are warrantied for 3 months and it says just to contact the manufacturer (Tatub.) There is absolutely no contact information for this company anywhere in the manual, or on the shipping boxes, so after googling their name and finding a website I managed to send them an email, and attempted to call customer service with no answer. I’ve now sent 3 emails and have yet to hear from them at all.If you care about customer service or potential missing/broken parts, look elsewhere when purchasing a trampoline.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the biggest trampoline we have ever owned at 16 feet! my kids were super excited for this summer and getting a large trampoline. Everything weeed need to set this up was included. This trampoline even comes with a basketball hoop for more fun. it’s so large it comes in three separate boxes for delivery. Every piece is high-quality from the heavy duty steel frame, Super strong Springs, no gap enclosure net, Bouncing pad , thick sturdy poles , basketball hoop and safety pad ! It’s unbeatable in quality. for extra security it even comes with wind stakes to stake the trampoline to the ground. It hast rust resistance .The side rods are covered with foam. it has a three-step ladder to climb into the trampoline. there is so much room for the kids to jump and play. Assembly is normal for trampolines cooking each spring but it’s as expected and these are all high-quality parts making it more enjoyable to assemble. Very pleased with this purchase quality and price!This de- shedding comb worked great. My dog didn’t seem to mind me using it on him and it got a lot of hair it just one sitting. My favorite part is the comb retracts with a push of the button releasing all the hair into the trash can. Rather than me trying to pull the hair from the comb. Such a time saver! Also reduces amount of hair that falls off the dogs into my floor that i have to vacuum later. The Blade is curved making it easy to run along my dogs back. The long and short teeth really get the job done!

Very well made, love the large size and the enclosure for safety. Made our 8 year old grandson so happy. His siblings love it too. Good for all their weight to play together.

The only complaint I have was that the instructions were horribly written. The were a number of mistakes but being that I am an engineer, I was able to figure it out. Overall it was pretty easy to build.

Seems pretty sturdy. The net around the top is not very tight and doesn’t look great but everything else has been good so far.

Did not receive the trampoline sprinkler as mentioned as a extra gift.

The trampoline is already up and functional, but we need another spring. I don't want to take it down and return it! How hard is it to provide a customer service number?The company seen my review, reached out via text, and sent what I needed.
