Q: My feet get cold really easy and i dont like walking around in wet sandals, do these absorb water?

No the are rubber. They do not absorb the water but they are comfortable

Q: Description says 100% leather. Another answer says fabric and rubber. What are the materials?

I have two pairs of these and there is no leather on them. The souls are rubber and the straps are cloth. But very comfortable!

Q: I see they don't come in 1/2 sizes do I order up or down?

I would order up I wear an 8 1/2 and bought an 8. My heel is at the very back. I guess it depends on the room you want for your heel.
