They are exactly as described. I bought these for goodie bags. We were able to get a good amount of misc. toys and candy in them and the plastic seemed sturdy enough to not tear.

Some had cuts for the handle and some didn’t
Product was extremely affordable and arrived quickly. Some of the bags had a cutout for handles and some didn’t. I wasn’t too concerned and made due. They came out great in the end.
