Way better than the gel fuels for ventless fireplaces
We have two ventless fireplaces in our home, and for years we have used the gel fuel. The gel fuel is great until you get to the end of the can; the odor is just awful. I decided to try this fuel and I'm happy to report that this fuel burns clean and odor free from beginning to end. It is also cheaper than the Gel fuel, although it doesn't burn quite as long as the same amount of gel fuel. Also, the gel fuel has a crackling noise, which I guess is nice to have. This company also handled a damaged packaged very well; they replaced the damaged package without question and quickly.PROSBurns clean! No odors!!! This is HUGE compared to the gel fuels.Burns hotter than the gel fuel. Really warms up the room.Cheaper than the Gel fuelCONSBurns quicker than gel fuel.No crackling sound.Sets off the CO alarm on occasion.

No fumes, no smell when it burns. great product.
We have used this fuel in the past for our tabletop mini fire place and it burns without any fumes or smell, and guests always appreciate the nice flame that comes out of the device. We go through a fair amount of the fuel so we order it in a case, the service was very efficient and was delivered on time. My only concern is I would prefer if the cap was made a little more child-proof, I wouldn't want a kid to open this and spill it over him/herself or worse drink it.

Love this stuff
Love this stuff. Our house has a "ventless" propane fireplace that I converted to an ethanol unit. Regal offers a great, budget friendly fuel that is yet to disappoint. It offers a nice, warm flame that lasts around 5-6 hours of burn time for each bottle in my fireplace. Tracking and shipping is also always efficient and prompt.

Expensive product and does not burn as long as I would like but more than likely one of the best products for ethanol fireplaces

Distinct smell that is discurnining.
A full case of fuel. Only issue I have is there is a distinct smell to the burning fuel. May be the burner I am using, but I get the impression that the burning fuel smells the same as the raw fuel when refueling. Okay for open areas, but can be concerning in smaller enclosed areas like a standard sized bedroom or reasonable sized family room.

Burns easily & cleanly
I purchased 3 quarts to use in my new vent-less tabletop fireplace. The bottles shipped quickly, and the fuel burns easily & cleanly. Half a quart burned for several hours, producing a nice, even flame with no scent.

Good fluid, top gets leaky when pinching to spray
The top screen could use an update. I like the fluid but I have to pinch the bottle to fill my reservoir, and when the bottle needs to recover more air to refill the space, it shoots out and makes a mess.Otherwise, good product

good option for fireplace fuel
have stayed with this fuel since first using it. less expensive, easy to use, and seems to last longer than gel fuels I have tried.
