A Remarkable 20 minutes!
Jessica Smith is an excellent teacher across the board. I aim to work out 30 minutes a day (and don't always) and that is enough to make a difference in my mind and body. To cross train with walking, weights, and Pilates, I've added Jessica's barre routine which has three 20 minute barre exercises: Barre Cardio (pant pant), Barre Burn, and Barre floor, and in 20 minutes I've had a superb workout. Sometimes there's only time or interest for 20 minutes and sometimes just 10! Any amount of time is good in my book, and I always feel better physically and psychologically. (Insert happy face here.)

Easy to do and fun
The only thing I didn't like is ,you didn't use a ballet barr .You used a chair.

Excellent All Over Workout
If you like ballet barre exercising, you can't go wrong here. Three different 20 minute workouts, they stand alone nicely or do a couple if you have the time. I have to say I don't care for the mat portion but that's just me, it's a fine workout. The cardio is great when you want to do that, I worked up a nice sweat (and it's really got a ballet feel) and my favorite is the barre portion, a really enjoyable 20 minutes that works me all over - arms, thighs, glutes. I like Jessica, the background is different, don't love the disco classical music but I don't really care. Exercise DVDs run the gamut from wow, this is way too easy to are you freaking kidding me? I don't work at Cirque du Solei - this one is great for beginners (who might need to work up to it, but that will come quick) and intermediates alike. It's totally in my rotation, I can see me doing this often, and seriously who doesn't have 20 minutes?

Arrived quickly
Bought this to strengthen after recovering from surgery. Hope to use it after restrictions are lifted by the doctor. It arrived quickly and I like the option of 3 workouts on one DVD. Thanks!

One of my favorite Barre classes.
I'm a big Jessica fan. I've always loved her workouts because of her sweet down to earth personality. It's a bit less challenging compared to those other instructors who specialize in Barre, but it feels like working out with a friend and that's more important to me. I only wish she'd include Peanut in her DVDs! I hope she continues to produce DVDs for those of us with limited internet.

Middle segment amazing!
I absolutely love the scenery in this workout but to be honest, the only segment I really enjoy is the middle segment, which uses light weights.I love that this is broken down,so I can choose to do just that 1 segment.I have been using workout dvd's for many years and due to several injuries in the last few years,I have been incorporating some Barre&pilates type dvd's into my rotation. My favorites are Squeeze,Squeeze Stronger,Tracy Anderson Mat and the middle segment of this dvd!I also love the new Ellen Barrett DVD Stretch Sculpt-normally her workouts are too dull or silly for me!

Graceful, fun, sculpting!
Do not let the title "ballet" fool you. My legs and arms were aching when I was done but I had a lot of fun doing this exercise. This isn't for you to learn ballet, this is for you to sculpt and tone your body and having fun doing some lovely routines while you are at it.

Fun and challenging!
I had no intention of buying another workout dvd, but I was intrigued by the title of this one, so I gave it a try. Boy am I glad I did. These three routines work out your entire body, but what I love most about them is that they work out muscles that you might not be utilizing while doing other workouts / routines. The cardio section is reminiscent of a ballet class; it's hard work and a lot of fun. The barre section will put you through your paces, and the stretch section will tone and lengthen you. Each of the three sections is twenty minutes long. Overall, this is a great workout! I love the upbeat classical music too. Brava Jessica!
