These capsules are so much easier to take than moringa powder, the powder is good but it tastes horrendous. These capsules contain pure organic moringa with no artificial ingredients at all. I take moringa to get nutrients that my diet is deficient in, and to help lower my blood sugar levels, the leaves contain 7 times the amount of vitamin C that oranges have and 15 times more potassium than bananas contain. It also has calcium, protein, iron, and amino acids, which help with health in general and building muscle. It's also full of antioxidants, which can protect cells from damage and can also boost your immune system. The capsules are medium in size, and I find them easy to swallow, they leave no aftertaste. You get two months’ worth in the jar.

Having had Moringa in smoothies I thought it would be a good idea to include a supplement into my routine. Compared to some capsules they aren’t as large as they could be but for some this might be a bit difficult to swallow. They recommend you take with a glass of water twice a day, with a two month supply. I have to say I’ve only been taking one as I wanted to see what they would do and if they would help with energy levels. I think they’ve been helping me but it’s still early days to be completely sure. These are expensive but you do get a 2 month supply making them roughly £15 a month, which isn’t too bad I guess. Moringa has many health benefits, so worth a try.

The Disadvantage is that you get less quantities compared with if you were taking powdered Moringa in a bottle or pouch for your smoothie.However, if you are travelling or if you just need to get Moringa benefits then this provides a convenient solution. It appears to be very high quality Moringa and it is a brand I trust as well.

Looks good quality thru packaging. But the capsules are big and a struggle to take. The price is expensive as well for me.

This is in my view a very powerful supplement - one to be taken with care. There are contraindications to taking this as well.I strongly recommend beginning with places such as WebMD (and check their interactions page on the supplement) and speaking to your medical professionals if you're taking any medication. And even if they say it's OK to take, double-check, research is always growing in this field).I like this brand, though there is no price at the time of review to assess value.Moringa leaf is a fascinating supplement - just be aware, not everyone (like many supplements) gets on with it.Five stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

I would suggest avoiding this source of supplements. I took their ashwagandha a year ago and was informed recently (July 2024) that it had been found to contain high risk contaminants. Supplements are not properly checked, especially these unknown brands that we know nothing about.On top of that, most of Moringa's claimed benefits are unproven. If you like herbs from India, Ashwagandha and Rhodiola have better evidence on their side (but not the Ashwagandha from Nature Basics.
