Lebanese Cuisine: The Authentic Cookbook

This is the definitely my best cooking book for authentic Lebanese food! I love how the instructions are simple and clear. The output is also super delicious. Known to be a horrible cook, everyone around me was impressed by the dices I was able to cook :)

The Lebanese Cuisine cookbook is one of the best cookbooks I have ever seen. The recipes have their "Lebanese" title and "English" version. The recipes show ingredients list, pictures of the ingredients, step by step instructions. It is absolutely incredible. And, it is a beautiful book, nice hardback cover with beautiful photos.

Highly recommended. Easy to understand and well written. Best buy in my opinion.
