God sent me here
I have a story of my own I have lived with for decades. I offered to pay and almost forced my daughter to kill her baby (My granddaughter) ,with an abortion. This book has helped me understand the trauma I know that my Lord and Savior Jesus has forgiven me. I thank Jesus that my daughter when she was took to the abortion clinic by her mother, actually before she got to the door, she ran away from everybody and refused the abortion. Thank you Jesus! I now have a beautiful granddaughter that is 20 something and has given me a beautiful great grandson. After reading this book I have found words that will help meWitness to others about forgiveness and hopefully preventing the death of someone’s grandbaby. Buy this book and enjoy it.

Best Go to Prolife handbook
So easy to read. I’ve read a lot of pro life books and I keep coming back to this one because it’s so reader friendly. It doesn’t go into unnecessary detail. Don’t get me wrong, there’s plenty of detail, but if you want to get a short course in the prolife perspective, I think this is the best book to get. I’ve bought hundreds of these and passed them out over the years. I hope they will continue to update the cover to be a compelling, well designed, graphic so that people will know how great the content is.

Challenging read
I challenge you to read this book, the whole thing, and still come away as Pro Choice. It amazes me that in this day and age people are freaked about things that might be in their food, but yet willingly take birth control without having any idea how it works. It does not prevent the egg from being fertilized, it prevents they fertilized egg from implanting, which is basically an abortion.

Caring for the Mothers and the babies
Randy Alcorn does not waste any words, he gets right to the point and explains things in a clear and concise way. I already agreed with the pro-life position, but if you want to be able to defend the opinion this is a great resource to do that. Randy's approach in this book is strictly secular even though he is a favored Christian writer, clearly the position does not require an appeal to God when talking about a good reason to kill a baby. He also considers women who may have already had an abortion and need to hear that God does love them and will forgive them. It is a good read.

I had been pro-choice for many years. I was ...
I had been pro-choice for many years. I was fully indoctrinated during high school and college years with the women's rights movement and all its tenets; one of the principle ones being a woman's right to end a pregnancy. This little book "Why Pro-Life..." led me to see that abortion is killing and it is a morally reprehensible act. I am grateful to Mr. Alcorn for presenting the facts on pro-choice and the harm it does to both babies and their mothers. Human life is precious and to be preserved, not taken.

Good, concise summary of the abortion issue from a pro-life perspective
This is a brief and concise volume, not intending to be exhaustive but introductory to the issues of abortion. That being said, it is adequate in conveying the core concerns of the pro-life community. There's also possibility for further study based on all the works cited. For the price, this is the best book to recommend to someone exploring this consequential issue.

Book is an excellent read. Well written by Randy Alcorn
Book is an excellent read. Well written by Randy Alcorn. Provide substantial insight as to how government and other parties interested in supporting abortion and research rights manipulated the public through elimination of words such as described in the fetus as a human being, or a baby. Tks!

Amazon often delivers the old edition
I buy a lot of these to give away, and it's a bit annoying that Amazon frequently delivers not the updated edition, but the old edition (ISBN 978-1-59856-900-1)I'm sorry to say that this isn't a mistake either - Amazon has deliberately affixed a sticker over the old ISBN barcode, with the ISBN barcode of the newer edition. Not very honest.I've had to return quite a number of copies for correct replacement. I'd be happy to take the old ones off their hands at a reduced price.Star rating for the book - not, this time, for Amazon's service!
