These very reasonable priced camera set up package works as advertised. Easy set up. Camera vision is detailed and easy to operate with app. Very happy with this. I'm slightly concerned about the outdoor camera's battery life. I had to recharge sooner than I expected. But the camera was in sub freezing temperatures for a prolonged time. I suspect that was the culprit. Kaia from the Dzees Support team has reached out an offered a 2nd year of warranty service. I like that!

Dzees has a host of security cameras, but this is the first PTZ ball camera from them. This camera has an amazing array of features, all of which are listed in the item description and described in the many other reviews. In this review, I'll just touch on a few of the features that make this camera stand out to me.First: Ease of installation. I don't see how the process could've been made any simpler than it was. Scan the QR code, download the app, set up an account, and link the camera. The camera even has voice prompts to guide you through the process when necessary. It is a good idea to fully charge the camera before beginning the set up. Be sure to connect the camera to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. It does not work with a 5G network. I installed a 128 GB SD card to allow local storage. The camera gave me a voice prompt to let me know that formatting was complete.Installing the camera mounting bracket was simple using the four wood screws supplied with the camera.Second: Quality. The camera is very well designed and extremely well-made. The User Guide is well written and easy to understand.Third: PTZ. The camera has an amazing pan and tilt range. The specifications list the pan range as 355°, but it appears to me that it is at least 360°. Regarding the Z part of PTZ, the zoom is digital, not optical. Double tap the screen and the image zoom in.I do not have chickens or goats that I need to keep an eye on, but I do have a swimming pool in my backyard that I want to monitor when I am out of town. A thunderstorm can trash the pool and require me to get someone to clean it up. Now I can monitor the pool from wherever I am as long as I have a Wi-Fi connection. The app allows me to reposition the camera to view any part of my backyard as well as the park on the other side of my back wall.Fourth: Picture quality. The resolution is excellent as you can see in the photos below. I have provided sample photos taken during daylight, at night using the IR feature, at night using the white light feature, and at night using natural color. I also have included a short video showing the pan range. The quality in all cases is excellent.Battery Life: Time will tell how long the battery actually lasts. Battery life is obviously a function of how often you access the camera. I plan to add an optional solar panel to this camera, so that I don't ever have to take the camera down to recharge it.Customer Support: The Dzees/ZUMIMALL customer support is excellent. Any question that I have had has been answered within 24 hours. I really enjoy doing business with these folks.In summary, this is an excellent wireless PTZ camera from an excellent company. I recommend both very highly.

Just received and set up today....but so far it meets/exceeds expectations. I purchased to use as a barn camera. I dont have much patience with electronics and setup was very easy! Essentially download the app and go. Connected quickly and we were up and running in less than 15 minutes, including mounting in the stall area. I did also buy a wifi extender so wifi will reach the barn area aprx. 125 feet from the house. Even though the camera says it has a "weak" signal, it is working great. The night vision is fantastic- our area is virtually pitch black at night, but the camera shows clear images. I love that you can share camera privileges with other people so they can also view footage. Three members of our household currently can login to view footage any time. I definitely would purchase more cameras in the future to expand our viewing areas.

Had this unit and the solar panel for one year now. It works well and rather easy to set up. Quits working at -15°F though. Good picture in regular and IR modes, and unit rotates smoothly. SD card feature is great, can review days of video. Motion sensor is very sensitive even on LOW. Siren sounds, lights flashes when motion detected.Only complaint is the WIFI, it is slow and intermittent. Lose connection or bad connection frequently.Hope they come out with one that has a dual lens. Regular and zoom.

I got this in response to having six tires slashed on my truck in the span of two weeks around Halloween. It wasn't just me either, it was an attack on the whole neighborhood. I would've preferred to install a more permanent solution, but I'm renting, so that wasn't an option. Instead, I had to settle for this.Picture quality is in 1440p and in color, so it's pretty good. Audio is included too and features a built in alarm or you can speak through it via the app associated with this camera. The camera features two small LED lights that activate along with the recording whenever motion is detected. I used the app to place the camera pointing down at my neighbor's vehicles along with my own since we were both heavily vandalized and share a driveway. Syncing with my phone and home wifi network was very easy.As for motion detection, it's decent but with a small 4-5 second delay before it starts recording. It frequently picks up motion of traffic (both vehicle and foot) on the street, which can be a little irritating to get so many notifications on my phone. Clips last 20 seconds but can be longer if you're actively viewing through your camera. Still, that's a small price to pay for a modicum of deterrent against theft and vandalism of your property.Battery life is a claimed 3 months before having to recharge, but I'd recommend doing it once a month; six to eight weeks if you're in a low traffic area. It does require an SSD card, which isn't included. I plugged an older 128gb card into this camera, which seems to be just the right size. You won't need anything bigger than that.In summary, for the price I paid for this camera, it's been worth it. I know it won't stop anybody hellbent on doing more property damage, but at least now I have something substantial for both the police and my insurance. I wouldn't recommend the subscription service unless you're completely committed to using this like a full time security camera. At that point, however, I would advise getting professional grade equipment for your needs.

The media could not be loaded.  I have used a few security cameras monitoring my property. Some of them are battery-powered while others are not. I found this battery powered camera achieves a highest performance score among all of them I have used.The camera package was delivered to my place promptly (just three days after I put order). The guide book after opening the camera box is written clearly and instructions are easy to follow. The camera app Dzees Home was then downloaded and connected to the camera after it was fully charged (for about 10 hours). The connection to wifi was very easy by following the guide book. Because no wire is needed, I installed in my backyard. The whole installation took me less than 10 minutes since only three screws need be cared for the camera base. After fixing the camera on the base, you can turn the camera to any direction you want it to monitor. On my phone, I see high-quality (2k) videos with almost real-time alerts on any suspicious moves. I summarize the following Pros:1. True all-direction security camera: I can make it face to any direction after the installation.2. Easy installation with no wire needed at all.3. Easy to use app Dzees home to set the camera.4. Detections of motions are notified in time on my phone.5. 20 s video recording time at a time, which seems long enough for me to see anything suspicious.6. Free 3-days access to video clips without any fees subscription.7. A feature that might be useful for some is ‘Audible Alarm’ in the audio setting menu. By turning it on, the camera can make sound when a motion is detected.One thing that I still need to test is the battery power life because of my short period of owning this product. Until now I have been using the camera for 3 days after it was fully charged, and the app shows the battery power is still 100%. So it seems that the battery of this product could last longer than my previous battery-powered cameras. But it still needs to be tested further.Another unknown about the camera might be the product durability under the cold winter in Canada. I am not very sure if the camera will survive a couple of months of minus 20 degree Celsius outdoor environment. And I will report this experience in next coming spring.Some Cons include, 1. Some functions like activity zone setting need to pay to work; 2. There is some delay on two-way audio talks.In summary, this is a worth-the-price camera which gives lots of security with fair prices.

I bought four of these, to set up around the outside of the house. They arrived a day after ordering and taking one out of the box, it felt more solid and higher quality than I was expecting. The cameras were cheap, and even though the reviews/ratings were fairly high, I still wasn't expecting the quality and features that I got.Setup via the app was so simple. I had read some comments about issues/confusion with the app. To me, the interface and steps to get started were very easy. Again, I got more than I expected and I kept saying to my wife that I couldn't believe how much we were getting in terms of the features, for the price paid. To put it into context: 4 of these were less than the price of 1 google nest (battery operated) camera (which doesn't come with a solar panel!)I put them up around the house on the weekend, along with their solar panels .. all pretty simple stuff. If you can drill a few holes and wield a screwdriver while on a ladder, you should be ok. Notifications started coming through on my phone straight away, with short videos of me installing the cameras. They've been up a few days now and operating without a hitch. Batteries are staying up around 100% due to the continuous charging through the day from the solar panels.I haven't played at all with spotlights, sirens, activation areas etc. yet. The default setup for me seems to work fine so far. We're heading off on holidays soon and having these cameras up, remotely accessible gives us peace of mind way beyond the price paid.If I was to find a downside, it would be the lack of integration to other systems / apps. You pretty much have to use the provided app and cloud service (of which there is a free version). I run Home Assistant (smart home integration software) for some other things around our home, so it would have been nice to have an integration there, but not a biggie, it may come in future. All up, very happy with the purchase.
