It is just what we needed for our stroller. It makes taking out our 3 year old and newborn a breeze. I will say that the material of the canopy does feel a little different from our pink one.( We bought the white one)

When I found out baby #2 was on the way, I knew I needed to upgrade to a double stroller that would fit best for our growing family. After some research and deciding what I wanted my next stroller to have, the bugaboo donkey 5 duo fit my criteria perfectly. Most double strollers with the bassinet and seat combination (baby & toddler), are set up where the seat is the front of the bassinet. I absolutely LOVE how this stroller has the ability to have my two little ones side by side! The versatility of this stroller is everything. This stroller is all you will ever need having multiple kids and I’m obsessed! The assembly video that they provide makes putting this stroller together effortless. Run, don’t walk to purchase.

The harness is GREAT! Super easy not like a car seat. This has 4 clips so it’s easy to get the kids in and out without getting tangled in it.

This stroller has been a game changer for our family. I have only had this stroller for a couple weeks and we are loving it! I’m so glad both seats are able to adjust to different needs depending on the babies. It’s the perfect stroller for my twins to nap on the go. Great stroller purchase. Smooth ride overall! I would definitely recommend this stroller to all families.

I was so torn on which double stroller to get! My wife put me in charge and I am a research guy. I researched every stroller known to man and ended up choosing the Bugaboo Donkey Duo. I normally don’t write reviews, but for this stroller, I HAD to!!First, my wife is impressed with me for choosing this one. She wanted lightweight, still fits through doors, easy to maneuver… but also sturdy, safe, and durable. She told me this type of stroller probably didn’t exist, but I found it :)I do have to say it is a little on the heavier side, but with how easy it is to maneuver, it does not matter at all. Folding it is so easy also, it fits perfect in her huge minivan trunk, but also my small sedan trunk. The versatility of the stroller is also a major win. We have a 22 month old and a newborn and it is so easy to configure with a bassinet and “big girl” seat. When our newborn gets old enough, it will be easy to switch to two toddler seats. I see this stroller as definitely on the more expensive side, but I also see it lasting a very, very long time (unlike our single travel stroller from our 22 month old).Hopefully this helps another parent (and maybe another man tasked with the job make his wife think he’s a genius). Buy the bugaboo donkey duo - trust me, I did all the research!

Move smoothly

Initially, when I brought home my first daughter (in 2011), I bought a red bugaboo frog. It set the standard for all other strollers. We got a Bugaboo again in 2017 (the fox) when we had our third baby – I loved it so much and happily gave it to my sister when she had her first.Then, in 2020, while expecting my fifth…I went rogue. I bought a Demi Grow Stroller (FOMO…I wanted to see if I was missing out). Big mistake. HUGE. I was used to my Bugaboos – which I could take on all terrains (and was used to the obscene amount we walk/run/cart around every day). This poor Demi Grow started listing only a few months in after regular use. Terrible.Now, expecting my 6th (that’s right, I’m an insane person) I got the new Bugaboo Donkey 5 (…I’ll need all the help I can get). This stroller has already exceeded all my expectations. My two youngest (3 and 1 years old) have been strolling around like royalty. We’ve already tested how machine washable the soft touch fabric is (very) and the harness is uber easy to use. The donkey 5 is also so easy to fold and (my and my 4 year old’s favourite feature) the comfort board doesn’t require any adapters (yay!).Also, I’ve never ordered my strollers from Amazon before (I have no idea why…I get everything else from here) – but was so happy with how quickly it came!Highly recommend the Donkey 5!
