I sprained my ankle a couple weeks ago, and I was desperate for something that would offer my poor ankle some support. Unfortunately, of all the ankle braces I tried, this one was one of my least favorites. It's just not long enough. You can wrap it around your ankle once, barely, but don't expect a lot of support. When I pair it up with an Ace brace I got, it's okay, but it doesn't work well on its own.If you need some serious support, like I do, I'd recommend getting a walking boot or air cast. I would really only recommend this one if you have a minor strain or ankle twist.

Finding an ankle brace/wrap that you can don yourself and still get enough tension is not that easy! When one deals with mobility issues, there is not always a handy assistant around. That's where this brace comes in handy.The heel loop allows for the wrap to be used on either foot, and then it's a simple figure-8 wrap to get the tension and support that you need. The support is easy to use, with comfortable fabric. Highly recommended.

This ankle wrap around provides support, and also helps to relieve the aching I sometimes experience after being on my feet all day. I like to wear this at night, because that seems to be when the ankle is at it's worst. This is easy to put on and take off. I only use this at home, and not while wearing shoes.

This is a decent ankle wrap of both good quality and design. It’s worth noting that you can’t really wear a shoe over it, so this is for home recovery only. It wrapped well and provided a nice grip on the heal, which adds to the support of the ankle. While not the best ankle wrap in the world, it does a good job at this low price point.

I tweaked my ankle playing pickleball. It isn't bad enough to see a doctor, but annoying enough that I was very glad to try this. It has helped quite a bit.It is easy to put on, and it is comfortable to wear.You can't wear it in shoes, but you can put a slipper over it.
