Campfire Smoke Scented - Soy Candle Camping Mug - Highly Scented - Made with Soy Wax - Handmade in The USA - Candeo Candle

I was hesitant to buy this at first considering I have bought others that claim that they smell like fireplaces or campfires and come nothing close. I took a chance and I have to admit, I'm very glad I did. The package came within a week and was packed very well. I was very anxious and almost excited to see if this candle would be any different from the others I purchased in the past. I didn't even get the candle out of the box and I could already smell it. My first thought was, I already like it and if it's not even lit yet, I can't imagine what it will smell like when it is. Once lit, it did not take long for my wife and I to realize how much we enjoyed the scent. My wife is pretty picky when it comes to candles and she honestly loves the aroma it gives off. In our opinion, it absolutely smells like a campfire scent. We were so pleased that we ordered 2 more of the same candle. Side note, when we got our second order, one of the candles came a little defective (most likely shipping). I contacted the company ( Candeo Candle) and they very promptly sent a replacement, no questions asked. Again, we were so pleased with the scent and service, we went on the companies website and ordered quite a few other scents. We will without a doubt be buying from this company again in the future.

The media could not be loaded.  Great smell, like other posters have mentioned it isn't super strong. I have mine sitting in my living room above my electric stove. It creates a smell with about a 3 foot radius around the stove which works for me. When I walk past the stove now I get the sensation that a fire is actually burning. Its great. I tried the campfire incense sticks but those things are too strong for me. I don't want my clothes smelling like a fireplace so I definitely prefer the candle. What I think I will do is burn the incense for about 2-3 mins just to kick start the smell and get it into my entire apartment and then let the candle maintain the rest of the smell. As I type the stove is turned on (no heat yet since its not cold enough) with flames set at high, I have a speaker blasting a crackling fire placed underneath the stove and the candle is lit. If I didn't know better I;d swear I was in a rustic cabin and not in an apartment in the big city. Also the candle itself does have a nice crackling sound as well.

As soon as you open the box the scent is AMAZING. I immediately lit it as soon as I got it and the smell from it was amazing. I was really happy with it on that first burning. About two days later I lit it again and waited for the smell. Smell never showed up. The candle was right next to me on my desk while I was sitting at my computer, so it's not like it was too far to smell it. There was just no smell. I love the concept of being in a mug, and I loved the smell I had on first burning, but the smell didn't last past that.

First off, when I pulled this out of the box, I thought something was on fire somewhere.It smells the way I smell after we come home from camping and cooking on the fire.That said, the scent is real and you wont find any perfumes added... though I wish it had maybe just a hint of something else to keep me from thinking my place is on fire.I love the mug and presentation. There is a rough spot sharp enough to cut a finger on the edge. That clearly is from the mug company but worth noting for quality control.I dont think I'll ever light it but man, it makes me miss being out camping in the woods.Would love to see another version with a home scent and alternate mug colors like white with navy specs.Very cool for anyone who needs a reminder that the finer things in life happen outside.

When it arrives the smell is so strong right out of the box. Then when we lit it, it wasn’t as strong as I would have thought. About half way through the candle the smell is what I’d expect. But then the wick was off to one side of the mug instead of in the middle. Got this as a 5 year anniversary (wood) gift for my husband. He’s been wanting a camping mug so I figured it was a win/win.The wood wick isn’t as loud as a wood wick candle.

The smell is crisp, spicy, fire like. I love it, this is my 3rd purchases and the enamel cup is nice.

When you first open the box, the smell is very strong. But once you burn the candle, it is very mild. We mixed it by lighting a different cozy smell.

Really great aroma and love the cup. I wish the sent was a bit stronger. Good product and will buy more.
