So there was a bit of a problem at first. It was not brand new that was obvious do to only receiving the tower. No power cord and no wifi receiver. I reached out to the manufacturer immediately. Thankfully this is where the problem stops. They kept in contact with me over the next week as I received everything needed for the pc through the manufacturer. When I first powered it up good sign was I had to do the first time set up. And after testing for the past 2 weeks its has handled everything I have thrown at it and im just your average gamer. I don't do live streems or anything like that. Although I'm pretty sure it could handle it. For the average gamer maybe it's overkill but im very happy with my purchase. However if something goes wrong within the first year I will be updating my review because let's face it, she ain't cheap. Still so far 5 star.

Initial boot impressions, overall, are quite good. It's 100% quiet when you boot up, no mechanical nose at all. Runs games and applications at max settings. The downside, initially is it does NOT have an aggressive fan setting for the RTX 3080 and on testing it was raising up to 96c and pumping out some crazy heat. If you install MSI Afterburner and give it a fairly aggressive fan profile it stays under 75c.It's a great little system, but be warned, do NOT max current games settings unless you run an aggressive fan profile, it will get way, WAY too hot, didn't even notice any throttling.[Edit]And after just a few days of using it, it constantly pushes up to 100c or higher CPU temps on over half the core causing severe throttling[Edit2]I have since replaced the top exhaust fan with a 3k RPM fan and I have undervolted the core along with additional offsets while still maintaining best performance. After many tweaks with outside software and new some new hardware the system can NOW run everything at it's highest settings without overheating.In closing? Don't get this. For it's price they should have been way more thorough with their cooling solutions.. For this price I'm disappointed beyond words. Will never purchase from them again.

Great gaming pc

Best prebuilt computer I’ve ever purchased.

Purchased for my wife so we could game together, but it arrived without an OS. Since it’s a prebuilt I can’t take it apart and image it myself (nor do I even have a way to get the Win 11 product key I paid for!) WTG Corsair, don’t you guys do basic QC before it leaves your manufacturer?UPDATE (December 5th): After working with three different Corsair reps, they stated that the Amazon description is incorrect, and this item does NOT ship with Windows 11 Pro as advertised. As I don't really know who to believe (given that other reviewers didn't have this problem), I'll let my 2-star review stand as is and simply have my wife return the item.
