I bought this because I wanted a lightweight jacket with pockets for jumping in and out of stores in the Florida rainey season and other reviews noted it didn't soak through. Mine did. My back was wet after a rew minutes. Not soaked but damp so rain got through this material. A little disappointing.

Bought this for my mountain biker bf and he loved it! Lightweight and used as a windbreaker, and the bright color for safety in the mountain.

Love it! Size fits as expected. If your medium get a large for the extra layers of clothing underneath if your using this in cold rainy weather. I messed up and got a medium when I meant to get a large. So the one I've already purchased is going into my wife's hiking pack. Although they do make a womens version she doesnt care and loves it as is. As for me, I will be ordering myself another one, large in size, for myself. I'm 5'11 150 lbs with an average build. Perfect product for what my intentions are, stuffing in my hiking pack for wet weather. That being said, you honestly wouldnt need many extra layers, just depends on the situation.

I bought this for my husband that happens to walk every day at the beach. He was looking for something light to brake the wind. It works exactly as he wanted it to work by breaking the window and helping to keep him warm. And the quality seems to be excellent. they say it is watertight But he hasn’t really worn it in heavy rain yet. It’s seems to be constructed very well.
