I have tried this stuff for a week now, and I must say this stuff is absolutely amazing. I never write reviews. However, I had to share my review on here. Im 22 year old female, who suffers from terrible anxiety and depression. I was hospitalized in September 2017 for suicide thoughts because my anxiety is so bad. I don't like taking medicine, because I wanna find a more natural way to cope/help my anxiety So I decided to do some research to see if there was anything out there to help anxiety natural. While I was researching I read how essential oils can help reduce anxiety. So I was looking on amazon because lets be real I really don't like going out and shopping so I came across this and read the reviews, ill be honest I was a little skeptical at first, because it sounded to good to be true. However, I decided for $10 it was worth a shot. At first when I applied it on the back of my hands and neck, I was thought to myself this isn't working. So I tried it the next couple days and I didn't take any of my meds.. (Ps don't stop taking your meds until you talk with your doctor first) I started to feel more calm and relaxed and my anxiety seemed to fade.. However now I do apply it to the back of my neck and hands, also now I put a tiny bit on tip of my nose.. Because I didn't want people looking at me funny sniffing the back of my hand. Haha. I must say I feel it works for me. Id honestly give it a try if you suffer from anxiety. Sorry for such a long review. Just wanted to give my honest opinion. Have a great day. - Ashley

I'm new to using essential oils and sensitive to strong smells so it took a while to figure out how much was enough for me and what was too much! The smell is great, kind of sweet and with a hint of spice. It is too strong for me if i use more than one drop but it has worked well for me and actually does help control my anxiety. I will definitely be using this long term and buying it again!

This blend is very potent! You only need a little bit. It is very relaxing and makes my office smell like a spa! I was looking for an anxiety relief blend because I have been having issues with anxiety and I think it helps!

I've been searching for the closest blend to the YL Grounding blend because it works so well for my anxiety but can't always afford that brand. This is so amazing and helps so much. I put it in my diffuser and you can hardly tell the difference. Hope this helps someone else that was looking for something as similar!

I use this for stress and anxiety relief, and sometimes just a mid-day pick-me-up. The scent has a strong pine smell, which I find relaxing. It is very good for anxiety and by far one of the best essential oils I have found. I don't mix it with any carrier oils, just put a few drops on my wrist and inhale as I rub it in. It lasts for a few hours as a perfume. I usually get a lot of compliments on it and find it soothing to be able to smell my wrist throughout the day if I get stressed.

I got this for my mom who suffers terribly from anxiety. This combined with "calming" videos she seems to be making great strides during times of need! I got a diffuser to go with it.

Use in my oil diffuser, also put a dot on my son's wrist in the morning before he goes to school- nice soothing smell and my son likes very much :)

I purchased anxiety relief to use with a diffuser bracelet. This product has an appealing smell and I quickly noticed that it was helping me approach typical anxiety moments more calmly.
