I have found nothing to dislike about this product. It proved great in reaching heights that my current step ladder could not reach. It is very strong and sturdy and a quality product. It is easily adjustable for differing jobs. The weight is a little more that I would like - about 10Kg but I found that carrying it in front of myself with the top of the ladder leaning on my upper chest seemed to make it feel easier. I have the option of using a lightweight trolley to move it about if I wish so not a problem. It stores well inside my small garden shed due to its folded size. Extending the ladder was found easy by pulling out the spring-loaded catches and I would suggest that you tie the ladder each side to some reasonable supports for safety. A safety harness of some kind is advisable with a lanyard fixed to a firm anchor above. I take no chances with safety now, particularly as I am now over 75. The ladder clicks into place automatically and locks once straightened to use it as a long ladder or other positions. The ladder is unlocked easily with two levers which are easy to operate. I wish I had one of these years ago. A superb product.

I needed a ladder for reaching my loft but could also be used for other jobs around the house. This ladder is very sturdy and feels secure when in use. I’ve used it several times to reach the loft both as an extended ladder, and as a high step-ladder. The versatility of the product is really fantastic. It feels safe, and has far more functionality than a normal ladder. We haven’t used it at full height yet but will do so in the spring for jobs outside; it feels stable enough to be fully extended. I’ve dropped a star as it is heavy. I’m a 5’3 woman and although I manage to carry it up/down stairs and get it set up ok, I am used to carrying heavy loads and I think others (my elderly parents for example) might struggle with it a bit. That said, due to the weight it does feel very solid! Height and reach can be set accordingly with many different settings, very clever indeed. Hopefully it will last us a long time.

Great ladder. Light weight and folds easily. What I particularly like is the clips used to unlock the ladder. These can often be very awkward as on some ladders you have to do them both at the same time to release the mechanism lock. Not with this ladder, you can do it one at a time which makes the set up really easy. The sliding mechanism is simple to use and provides all the confidence you need. Adjustment is also great so I pretty much had this ladder stored inside my van which really accommodates slot of my jobs. Step ladder function is also a plus. Can't fault it and the price is I think really great to. 5 stars !!

I needed to redecorate my stairwell after some recent plastering, but was struggling to work out how to reach the ceiling without hiring a decorator. So I bought this ladder and it solves the problem! I figured that for less than the cost of a decorator, I can now do-it-myself, save the money, and I still have the ladder for lots of other projects too. Win/win!

Found it a little hard to work out at first but once you get the hang of how it folds and raises and lowers it is very handy to have.

Really handy. Sturdy ladder. Easy to use.Only slight negative, it doesn’t fit the stairs at every extension length but works fine on others.Not tried as a straight ladder yet but should be ok.Very versatile.
