Q: What’s happened to sizing? I’ve always ordered medium, haven’t gained weight, but last order is so tight I can’t get it on.

These are junior sizes, I've decided. I tried to order twice and returned each time. I ended up buying men's and finally found something that fit. They are manufactured somewhere different now than they used to be.

Q: My measures are 35 chest, 27 waist, 35 hips. Is size m good for me? I would like a tight fit. Thank you

This Rashguard is for the top only. For the Medium size, laying this flat on a surface - Armpit to armpit is 32 inches. This does stretch about another 4 inches. Hope this helps.

I'm also. 34C, but I weigh more than you do (flab from pregnancies) and am taller, so since I wear a M comfortably you can probably take a small.

The fabric is thin and does not offer any support or coverage. I use it with my swimsuit top underneath and works Perfect. I would Say definetely yes you need a bra or top under it.
