Great bike, great customer service, and a great price. I had a few issues after the derailer was slightly bent and shipping but the company stood behind their product and paid for the adjustment at a bike shop. I would recommend and I’m going to buy my wife one soon!

Bike exceeded my expectations. I've ridden about 40 miles so far and the performance is great. Plenty of power and range. My deraileur was damaged in shipment but Addmotor took care of the problem. It would be better if the bike was packaged with more protection in the area of the deraileur.

Addmotor's Throttle & Pedal Assist, M-560 P7 is built like a tank. I have no worries that this bike will last for years. It took 45 minutes to put together and put on the road for a test ride. I rode this bike for 10 miles and the battery still had over 90% charge. The bike handles very well. I did use the peddle assist and the throttle when going uphill. This bike is fast. It will do well over 20 miles per hour at full throttle. For fun transportation and gentle exercise, this is what you need. I'm 79 years old and I love it!

Do not buy this bike. Addmotor or Amazon does not stand behind what they sale. All they do is talk. We have problems with our bike and all they do is past the buck. Buy from someone else. Good Luck

Do not buy anything from this company. They do not honor thier warranty, refuse to refund your money and use you for thier bicycle technician because they wont pay for that either. My bike stopped working completely after 2 weeks and 46 miles, and am still fighting for a resolution.
