This monitor arm feels really well-built, and once everything is set up, the monitors stay perfectly in place without any sagging.The downside is that adjusting the height is tougher than expected. Even after loosening the tension, I had to put a lot of effort into getting the arms to move initially. The provided hex key is also pretty small, and since the adjustment point is far back, it’s hard to get good leverage to tighten or loosen it properly.Overall, it’s a strong and reliable monitor arm, but just be prepared for a bit of a struggle when making the initial adjustments.

I started a new job working from home and wanted a clean and simple setup for my desk. I had tried a different type that had a post and two arms that could be adjusted but it didn't give a lot of options for height or positioning that I wanted. These dual arms are amazing, I can adjust them in any direction and they hold a 27" monitor with no problem. They assembly very quickly and the only issue I had was the directions were a little confusing on which way to turn the screw to put enough tensions to hold up the monitor. I was about to return them when I tried the opposite of what I thought was correct and now they stay up fine and I have not had to adjust them once since I did that. If your desk is up against the wall, you will have to mess with them a little bit and have to put them in an awkward position to keep the arms from hitting the wall. I used my in a corner and was able to get them to work and hide all the cables in the storage part of the arm. The desk mount gives a lot of options for thickness of the desk and I had no issue with the thinner desktop that I have. The price is great and they work perfectly!

Doesn't hold the weight it states and surely doesnt fit 3 32inch monitors at all!!! Also it says it holds up to 22lbs and when I received the box it says up to 13.2lbs. It didnt hold the weight it stated either.
