Great value for money
I'm really happy with this product. It seems very solid and good quality, especially for the very low price. The brush is quite soft and ideal for hard floors, but is also firm enough to do an equally good job on my carpeted stairs. This will definitely be my go-to when I need another one.

Package was a box that looked like it hadn’t been secured at all
Pan seems very lightweight, brush.The box it was in wasn’t even shut, neither top nor bottom, just good luck that item made it here.

Not as pictured
RUBBISH ~ Not the same as pictured, different colour and very cheap and flimsy. The unnecessary label is stuck inside the pan, won’t peel off and has to be soaked off and then all the dust sticks to the residue. .

Cheap stiff brush
Ok it wasn't expensive but if seen in store wouldn't have picked it up. Brush far to stiff for indoor without damaging surfaces
