In order for the hose that's played out to return closer to spigot you turn off water and empty remaining water in hose. Have something ready to direct the water to. Otherwise you end up wasting water. I like the feature so I when I’m watering I plan ahead. Note you do not need to turn the hose off if you are using more than once over a couple of hours or so. Do not leave water supply on overnight or extended periods. The back pressure will eventually create pinholes in first foot of hose. I learned the hard way with another hose of this type. Fortunately, it was over a year old when I got neglectful.

I am tired of winding and unwinding bulky hoses, then I saw this one at a friend's house. It's light as a feather and when you fill it with water it expands and then when you turn the water off it contracts to a soft pile. So easy to use. Comes in more than one length. Only proviso is that is if you want a more powerful hose, this one may not have a strong enough water flow because of its small width. But perfect for me. I bought a second one.

Was looking for a replacement hose for the back yard and I stumbled across this one. I really like it so far because it is so easy to handle and it shrinks up when you empty it (looks like a slithering snake) to a size that we can just pick up and set off to the side so we don't have to wrap it up like we had to with the conventional hose we had before. Was told by a relative that they had a similar hose several years ago that only lasted a year so we will see how this one lasts but so far it is great.

This hose is perfect! It's so lightweight. I reel it out, turn on water, no kinks, and when I'm done I turn of the water and let it all run out of the hose and it goes back to its small size and reels up nicely. I bought this hose because I broke my arm and needed something light enough to use with one arm and this exceeded my expectations.

It was great for 2 months. Then it started to have little leaks in the hose. A week later it was completely busted open. I was not rough on it, put it back properly every time and it still got a ton of holes in it. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Use it to water my plants and grass. The hose works fine except that it tends to get knotted so you need to keep trying to keep it straight. Not a big deal with the 50 ft hose. The pressure is good. The nozzle is cheap

This product works really well with its light weight and ease of handling. Even better is that it looks good in my garden, black and neatly coiled instead of a green, ready to be tripped over, kinked by the heat, junky garden hose.

I absolutely love these hoses. I was using my husband's rubber hose and hated it. I bought one of these and after the 2nd use, ordered another.I have been using for 3 months now with no leaks or quality issues and I have stretched it out to absolutel mex where it could not be pulled any further (probably not the best idea) and it still works perfectly! They are lightweight and easy to maneuver and use .The included spray nozzles are great quality and work just as well as the hoses! I love that you can turn them off 2 separate ways, one while in use right at the top and the brass turnoff when finished using.3 months of use so far and could not be happier!
