La Terre Exotique Fleur De Sel & Espellette Chili, 3.2-Ounce Tin (Pack of 2)

This is our favorite seasoning in my household. My youngest son loves it on eggs over easy, my middle son sprinkles it on french fries, and we all love it on hot buttered corn on the cob. It has just the right mix of salt and chili pepper. I wouldn't call it spicy; I think flavorful is a better description because there isn't a lot of heat. My favorite way to use this is to sprinkle on brussels sprouts coated in a good olive oil, then roast until tender inside and crispy outside. I also like to sprinkle it on shrimp before they are grilled. It is a great all purpose table and cooking seasoning. It is a little pricy, but worth it - I order it through subscribe and save.
