Computer Fan Lighting Effect Controller, 5V 3-Pin/12V 4-Pin RGB Fan Equipment Wire Control/Remote Controller with On/Off Swtich and Brightness Adjustment

This is exactly what I was hoping it was and is working perfectly. I have a motherboard with no RGB capability, but I have a fan with RGB, and so this gets that working. The remote is not that necessary - if you don't feel the need to use it, you don't have to. But it works - just keep the little cheat-sheet that comes with it handy! You have to supply your own battery IIRC, which is fine. The price is really good. There is a semi-endless variety of lighting effects, colors and so on that you can select with the remote. I played with that for 5 minutes, and haven't touched it since, and I'm very happy.

Its cheap as hell, and works like a dream. Theres a plethora of different modes but I just leave mine on the normal rgb cycle. You can adjust pretty much everything with the only exception of no custom modes which why would you want them anyway? It turns on with the computer and off with it as well. Had them about 6 months now and still works good.

Flashed lights briefly then stoped working entirely.

El articulo fue difícil de encontrar pero cumplió con lo prometido de prender los leds de mi enfriamiento liquido ya que mi placa no soporta el rgb de 4 pines y este articulo sustituyo ese problema solucionandolo

The 5v 3 pin controller does not come as shown. It actually comes with a cable on the 5v 3pin side, ending in a female 3pin connector. This would be fine if it came with the 3pin male to male connector as shown, but that did not come with it.
