I use it to fry eggs and it does a good job. It cleans up nicely.

Our old fry pan was a non-stick pan, but after 5+ years, the “non” part malfunctioned and everything stuck to it. The new GREENPAN is an excellent replacement and we are pleased with the purchase. We do use a very small amount of olive oil or butter with it, but it really could be used without any thing. The instructions state that the pan should be pre-heated for 90 seconds, but I’m not sure if that is recommended before every use. I do preheat the pan but I don’t measure the time. It is a great product and I’m sure that it will last for many years.

I purchased this pan a year ago and it was amazing for that year. It cooked everything evenly, nothing ever stuck to it and it was incredibly easy to clean... until it wasn't. After a year, the non stick stopped working and I had to throw it away because everything stuck to it. I never once put it in the dishwasher and I only used silicone spatulas. I even purchased the GreenPan pan dividers so the pans didn't scratch each other. I also had the 12" with the lid that did the same thing. It was great for a year and the same thing happened, the non stick stopped working. I purchased the 10" pan again so hopefully this one lasts longer. This pan is beyond a 5 star product when it works, I just wish it lasted more than a year.
