All right I’ve been kind of skeptical about generic powered chargers made for the Legion Lenovo laptop. In particular I have the Legion 5 which requires a 300 W power supply. This adapter is the exact replacement for the one that comes with the Legion 5 laptop including the design, the markings, and the included power cable.To make sure that this was truly a 300 W replacement adapter, I placed the laptop under heavy load playing a few games at highest resolution. It was able to handle far cry six and cyberpunk 2077 without any issues.

Concerns regarding the possible safety of the battery. First picture is my current Lenovo battery that came with the laptop. The second picture is what was listed in the product description from the seller ... has a similar background, similar certifications/safety items, etc. The third picture is the battery that was sent. It does not have the various certifications/safety items which brings me concern so I will be returning the battery.

Perfect as this Chonky boy that came with my Legion 7 was a pain to remove from its place in my wire rats' nest by the desk. Now the new spare sits in the LT Bag ready for the go...

This explicitly says it is a replacement for part 5A10W86289, which is the part for my Legion 7-16ITHg6, but doesn't work with it: the power light on the computer lights up when plugged in, but the computer doesn't actually charge. The genuine Lenovo adapter works fine.
